Premier Administrative Resources ("PAR") is a full service administrative support agency located in the heart of the scenic Pocono Mountains.

My name is Louise K. Bach, PHR, GVA, REPA founder and Executive Director of Premier Administrative Resources.

I offer businesses the benefit of hands-on experience, knowledge, and expertise garnered from over 30 years of office administration for small businesses, schools, and multi-national companies.

As a Graduate Virtual Assistant (GVA), I offer the professional support services needed by many businesses to become more competitive or expand its market opportunities. My certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and as a Real Estate Professional Assistant (REPA) provides a solid foundation to help small businesses and Real Estate Professionals meet the ever-changing demands of their professions.
